Our R&D team has produced this portable smoker grill through three years of research and development. We are determined to help every user who likes a smoky barbecue make their own favorite food. At the beginning of designing this Hello.Dr portable pellet smoker grill, a "smoker" gear was added to ensure the food will get the biggest smoky flavor.

The Hello.Dr portable pellet grill is powered by electricity and flavored with real burning wood pellets, allowing you to create a rich woodfire flavor that can be seen and tasted in any cook function. The digital temperature control automatically adds pellets as needed to regulate the temperature, and the advanced pellet feed technology ensures efficient heating. The temperature control knob allows for adjustments between 180°F-500°F (smoke, low, medium high), and the grill heats up very quickly with a pretty steady temperature.

The grill features a large 256 sq. inch cooking area, providing ample space for burgers, hot dogs, steaks, or medium to small pork shoulders or butts. It offers 8 different cooking functions, including BBQ, bake, roast, braise, grill, smoke, sear, and chargrill, catering to all your cooking needs. The LCD screen and meat probe allow you to monitor the portable smoker grill temperature and probe temperature (a free meat probe is included).

The large capacity hopper can accommodate 5lbs of wood pellets, and the grill can even be run from a small car power inverter, making it perfect for RV trips, tailgating, camping, and general home use. We provide a waterproof bag and a grill tool kit for added convenience, and the compact size and handle make it easy to carry.

If you encounter any issues with the grill, such as an "ERP" or "ER2" error, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided. When connecting the power supply, leave the knob in the OFF position, and ensure you have added enough pellets to the hopper before ignition.
